Great location near the beach and stunning sea views from the balcony. The staff members were friendly and provided useful information about the area. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee was hot and tasty.
The room was outdated, dirty and in need of renovation. The bathroom was small and had mold in the shower.

The view
The receptionist asked me to hold on when checking out while they were verifying the room (very imbarassing)

View and location
The swimming pool is not free for Booked.net travelers (only for travelers who come through traveling agencies) few weekends ago I stayed at Sirena hotel (which is 3 stars hotel also) and there is a great difference between these two hotels - the room entrance in Sirena is accessible by card / the room in Balada is accesible by key and the entrance door is very old. Anyways both hotels are 3 stars rated but definitely Balada does not deserve that (from all points of view)

The pool looked nice, but we couldn't use it, and you have to pay extra if you want to go in
From outside it doesn't look to bad but once inside it's poor. We had a very smelly room, no remote for air con, the door didn't close properly and on the last day it was a flood on the coridor which was even smellier than before. We got stuck in the lifts and also the breakfast was horrible, we had to go somewhere else to have a coffee and eat. We'll never go there again, that's for sure!!!

I loved the beautiful sea-side view from my room. It was amazing and added a sense of tranquility to my stay. The hotel's location was perfect too, as it was close to transportation options and had plenty of nearby parking spots.
Nothing bad to say.

Great view and location. The hotel is situated right by the sea, providing a stunning view from the balcony. Also, it is walking distance from restaurants and shops. The parking lot is safe and free, and the room has air conditioning that works well.
The hotel lacks in almost every other aspect. The room is outdated and dirty, with stained carpets and curtains and the sheets and towels are not changed frequently. The elevator system is terrible, often forcing long waiting times. The breakfast offered is not enjoyable, with limited options and low-quality food. The staff is unhelpful and not accommodating to guests' needs.

The hotel is located in a stunning seaside area with breathtaking views. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-maintained. the breakfast is tasty with a satisfying variety of options. the elevators are efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable stay. the hotel also offers great facilities including a lovely swimming pool and a gym.
The parking can be a bit of a hassle and is not included in the room rate.
